Refund policy

At Avanya Attires, we value your shopping experience and ensure every order is packed with care. Please review our return and refund terms below before placing an order.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives in an unsealed, tampered, or visibly damaged condition, please do not accept the package.

To report a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take photos/videos of the package and item.

  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep the product unused, unwashed, and in original condition with:

    • Tags attached

    • Original folds

    • Invoice included

Only orders meeting the above conditions will be considered for exchange or replacement.
If tags or folds are removed, the product is not eligible for return or exchange.

❌ No Return or Exchange Policy

All products purchased from Avanya Attires are final sale.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation

  • Change of mind

  • Style preference

Only damaged or defective items qualify for review.

🛍 Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is approved or processed.

Once the order is approved, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Avanya Attires reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock or system errors. In such cases, applicable refunds will be issued.

💰 Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds.

If there is an approved damaged/defective product return, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (if in stock), or

  • Store credit (valid only on our website)

No monetary refund will be processed.

🚚 Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If a return is approved, the customer must:

  • Pay return shipping charges

  • Send the product with invoice

  • Clearly mention Name, Phone Number, and Order Number on the package

Packages without proper labeling or invoice may be rejected.
