Due to hygiene and small-batch production, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items only, claims must be reported within 24 hours with a continuous unboxing video (no cuts) clearly showing the issue. Claims without video proof will not be considered.
After verification, we may offer replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
